Digital marketing coordinated across channels, languages and teams
Connect strategy, channels and commercial follow-up. Plan campaigns, conversion journeys and measurement around your objectives and available resources.

The journey before more activity
Visits and enquiries do not guarantee an effective commercial process. A campaign can reach the right audience and still lose opportunities through a confusing page, an unnecessarily long form or a response delivered without context. Digital marketing needs to connect these stages before adding more activity.
Priorities shaped by goals and capacity
Grupo Diasan proposes starting with the objective, the offer and the business’s actual capacity to handle new opportunities. We review where people come from, which message they encounter and what happens after contact. This helps determine whether the priority is attracting more demand, improving conversion or resolving a follow-up problem first.
Channels with their own scope
The plan may combine campaigns, content, landing pages and organic channels according to their relevance. SEO is considered an acquisition channel with its own specialist work, not a substitute for the entire strategy. Nor do we recommend activating every available channel: priorities should be supported by the project’s budget, resources and information.
Measurement and customer continuity
Measurement is defined around useful actions, rather than clicks and impressions alone. Where the scope includes it, we review events, enquiry quality and connections with a CRM or another tracking system. Automation is reserved for justified tasks, with clear responsibilities and permissions; it does not replace commercial judgement or remove privacy obligations. Where appropriate, the plan includes post-sale communication, renewal and reactivation, with consent, opt-outs and agreed frequency. Review owners validate relevance in each language; a sent message does not demonstrate retention.
A hypothetical inquiry-mismatch scenario
As an illustrative scenario, a business might receive requests for services it does not provide. Reviewing targeting, messaging and form questions would create a test of whether enquiry relevance improves. Evaluation would require shared criteria with the commercial team, rather than simply comparing the total number of submissions. This is a proposed method, not a client outcome.
Remote coordination and attribution
Remote work is organized around priorities, approvals and data reviews. Adapting messages and deliverables into Spanish, English or both is agreed according to scope and budget. Advertising spend, tools and integrations should be distinguished from service fees. We do not guarantee sales, returns or complete attribution: demand, the offer and response capacity also affect outcomes. Share your current channels and how enquiries are handled so we can identify the missing connection before proposing additional campaigns or deciding which activities deserve further investment.
Questions and next step
Frequently asked questions03
Do we need to spend on ads immediately?
Not necessarily. We review objectives, demand, existing assets and resources. Conversion or follow-up improvements may come first; any proposed advertising budget is separated from the service.
Do we need a new CRM?
Not by default. We first assess how opportunities are recorded and handled. Improving the current process may be enough; additional tools or integrations need defined scope and costs.
Can every sale be attributed to a campaign?
Not always. Consent, multiple devices, offline contacts and long buying cycles limit attribution. We explain which data is available and which conclusions it cannot support.
