When a website starts working for your business.

Our philosophy

A small company does not deserve a lower-quality website

We do not believe a small company deserves a lower-quality website. We believe it deserves the same opportunity to compete.

At Grupo Diasan we apply the same idea to every project: the quality of digital infrastructure should not depend on a company's budget or size.

It makes no difference to us whether we work on a landing page, a five-page corporate website or a fifty-URL project. The foundation we build on must respond to the same quality principles.

Naturally, not every project costs the same. A website with more services, content, functionality or specific needs requires more work and a larger investment. But that does not mean small projects should be built badly or left without the technical fundamentals that make a website work properly.

Setup for growth

Our philosophy is that even the smallest business can go out and compete with good infrastructure from day one. That it has the chance to become known, grow and build something of its own on the internet.

Real results from our clients in their first 28 days with Diasan (results may vary by niche)

This is Juan: his business a year ago and his business today. Juan doubled the number of quotes he sent out in his first month.
This is María: her business a year ago and her business today. María received more than 50 leads in her first month through enquiries on her website and in AI. She used to be invisible.
This is David: his business a year ago and his business today. David told us he used to be invisible to Google.

Search engines and AI tools usually take between 3 and 6 months to properly understand a business. This data arrived before that window and the average position is already on the first page. Over time, as Google understands the business better, this will keep improving. Results may vary by niche.

Generative AI features

Real results from our clients in their first 28 days with Diasan (results may vary by niche).

Real Google Search Console captures, taken from the generative AI features report. They show results obtained between day 0 and day 28 of work with Diasan.

Before starting, the digital presence of these businesses was non-existent or badly configured: neither search engines nor artificial intelligence tools had any way of finding them. That is exactly what Diasan solves.

Digital identity

Digital identity has lost its true meaning

Having a website does not necessarily mean having a digital presence that works for your business.

For years we have heard the same expression over and over: "We will create the digital identity of your business". And we perfectly understand that many people no longer want to hear it.

The problem is not the concept, but how it has been used and what has often been delivered under that promise.

We have spoken with business owners who hired marketing agencies, developers or acquaintances to build their website. They were handed something visually attractive, with their logo, photographs, services and contact details. Technically they had a website. But over time, that website still did not appear when someone searched for the services they offered.

In many cases they did not even show up in search results for their own sector. They only appeared when someone typed the company name directly.

Many of those pages work like a digital business card. It is there, it holds your details and you can share it with anyone, but it depends on someone already knowing you or having the link to find you.

A website can be beautiful, modern and perfectly published, and still lack an architecture that lets search engines understand what your company does, which services it offers, where it works and for which searches it may be relevant.

For us, that is not building a true digital identity. It is publishing a brochure on the internet.

Social media

"Social media works better for me"

I already have a website, but it is not much use to me.

My clients come from Facebook or Instagram.

Positioning is something for big companies.

It is one of the phrases we hear most in conversations with clients. And in many cases they are right about their own experience: their social networks generate conversations, contacts and sales, while their website barely receives visits.

But that does not prove a website does not work. More often it shows the website was never properly prepared to fulfil its role.

Social media and your website are not enemies and should not compete with each other. They are tools with different functions that can reinforce one another.

Social media helps you connect with people, show daily work and build community. A well-structured website lets you organize your services, answer questions, demonstrate experience and offer information that can be discovered through traditional search engines and new artificial intelligence tools.

When both work together, social media stops being the only showcase of the business and gains its own infrastructure behind it.

Self-check

The real problem begins when nobody can find you

There is something we always recommend any business owner to check: search Google for the service you offer, in the city or market where you work, without typing your company name.

If you only appear when someone types your brand, there is an important difference between your website being published and it having visibility for searches from new clients.

Do you appear?

Do your services have their own pages explaining what you do?

Can search engines identify your activity and your location?

Does your content answer what people searching for that service really need?

Can your company be discovered by someone who does not yet know you exist?

This does not mean every market works the same way. There are countries, cities and sectors where digital competition is far more developed, and earning relevant positions requires broader strategies, specialized content, authority and continuous work.

Before competing for visibility, you need a foundation on which to build it. And that is exactly where our work begins.

How we work

We do not want to deliver websites. We want to build useful tools for businesses.

Over the years we have seen many clients arrive with pages that had little use beyond showing their contact information.

After reviewing their architecture, reorganizing the services, working on the content, correctly configuring the technical elements and developing a coherent structure, those pages began to have a much clearer purpose.

01

Review the architecture

We look at how the website is organized and what stops search engines from understanding it.

02

Reorganize the services

Every service gets its own space that explains what you do and for whom.

03

Work on the content

Content answers what people actually search for when they need that service.

04

Configure the technical elements

We correctly configure the technical elements that support visibility.

05

Develop a coherent structure

The website is ready to inform, answer questions, present services and make contact easy.

In different projects we have watched search engines begin to discover pages that previously had no visibility, impressions appear for searches related to their services, and sites start to take part in new spaces of digital discovery.

It is not simply about getting visits. It is about the website becoming part of the company's activity: informing, answering questions, presenting its services, building trust and making it easier for the right people to find it.

The effort you make every day in your business and on your social media now has a website ready to support it.

Expectations

Does this mean you will receive thousands of clients?

No. And we prefer to say it clearly from the start.

No serious agency should guarantee you thousands of clients, top positions on Google or mentions in artificial intelligence tools simply because you hired a website.

Every sector has different demand. Competition, location, consumer habits and commercial strategy directly influence the results.

What we can commit to delivering is a digital infrastructure built to professional standards, technically prepared to be crawled, interpreted and developed, without giving up quality fundamentals because it is a small project.

From that base, positioning and visibility are built through content, relevance, authority, optimization and follow-up.

We do not promise that having a good website means selling more tomorrow. We work so your business has a real chance of being discovered by people who did not even know it existed.

The projects

These are some of our real cases

The projects below show different businesses, sectors and needs. Some started from an existing page that needed a complete restructuring. Others began from scratch.

They did not all have the same budget, number of pages or level of competition. But they all share something: they were approached with the same working philosophy.

How we tell each case

01

What we found

The starting situation and what kept the website from being visible.

02

What we decided

The decisions taken on architecture, content and technical foundation.

03

What we built

The digital infrastructure that ended up published and ready to grow.

04

What we observed

The changes after implementation, when there is enough data.

Here we do not want to show you only screenshots of pretty websites. Because a website should not be an expense you end up forgetting: it should become an asset of your business, able to add value, support your growth and work for your company long term.

Frequently asked questions

What clients ask us before starting

Answers based on how we work, without promises we cannot sustain.

Frequently asked questions12
Does a small company deserve a lower-quality website?

We do not think so. We believe a small company deserves the same opportunity to compete, which is why the quality of digital infrastructure should not depend on the budget or the size of the company.

Do all projects cost the same?

Naturally, not. A website with more services, content, functionality or specific needs requires more work and a larger investment. But that does not mean small projects should be built badly or left without the technical fundamentals that make a website work properly.

Does having a website mean having a digital presence?

Not necessarily. Having a website does not mean having a digital presence that works for your business. Many pages work like a digital business card: they depend on someone already knowing you or having the link to find you.

What if social media works better for me?

That may well be your experience, and we respect it. But it does not prove a website does not work: more often it shows the website was never prepared to fulfil its role. Social media and your website have different functions and can reinforce each other.

How do I check whether my website is visible to new clients?

Search Google for the service you offer, in the city or market where you work, without typing your company name. Check whether you appear, whether your services have their own pages, whether search engines identify your activity and location, whether your content answers what people actually search for, and whether people who do not yet know you exist can discover you.

Do all markets work the same way?

No. There are countries, cities and sectors where digital competition is far more developed, and earning relevant positions requires broader strategies, specialized content, authority and continuous work.

What exactly do you do when you review a website?

We review its architecture, reorganize the services, work on the content, correctly configure the technical elements and develop a coherent structure. After that work, many pages move from showing only contact details to having a clear purpose.

Does this mean I will receive thousands of clients?

No, and we say it clearly from the start. No serious agency should guarantee you thousands of clients, top positions on Google or mentions in artificial intelligence tools simply because you hired a website.

What do you commit to delivering?

A digital infrastructure built to professional standards, technically prepared to be crawled, interpreted and developed, without giving up quality fundamentals because it is a small project.

How are positioning and visibility built afterwards?

From that base, positioning and visibility are built through content, relevance, authority, optimization and follow-up.

What do you show in your real cases?

What we found, what decisions we took, what we built and, when there is enough data, what changes we observed after implementation. Not only screenshots of pretty websites.

Which quality principles always apply?

A well-planned architecture, technical SEO, performance, accessibility, structured data and a configuration that allows the website to grow over time.
